My dad came up with a new rule that I don't like. The new rule is that for every 30 minutes of screen time I get (watching TV, playing video games or doing computer stuff), I have to do 30 minutes of one of the following activities:
1. Reading
2. Art (painting, drawing, sculpting, or photography)
3. Writing (stories, poems, or blog stuff)
4. Playing music (singing songs or playing instruments)
I think my dad is mean.
P.S. The fourth one I really hate.

My little brother just started his own blog, Carter's Adventures. He's just getting the hang of this stuff ... I'll give him some pointers.

The Three Little Pigs (Remix)
Once upon a time, there were three pigs. Their names were Liam, CrazyHead and Bill.
They worked as letter carriers in Crazyville, Florida.
One day, they did a very bad job. Their boss, Mr. Carter, fired them. They lost their house, so they decided to camp out in the woods in a tent.
Ten miles from their camp, they found a cave. In the cave was a wolf. The next day, the wolf came to eat them, and they all ran and screamed.
The pigs called the police on their cell phones, and the police came and arrested the wolf.
And then, they lived happily ever after.
The end.

"William and the Magic Seeds," a story by Liam A.
Once upon a time, there was faun named Liam who was sick. Someone came to help. His name was William.
The faun told William he could help him. He gave William instructions.
"Go to a cave and you'll see a sign saying 'DON'T COME IN OR YOU WILL BE EATEN BY A DRAGON!!!'" the faun said. "Sneak past the dragon and you will find a yellow flower that has magic seeds. Bring me four of the seeds."
William went to the dragon's cave, and he sneaked past the dragon, who was asleep. Then he grabbed the flower and left the cave.
He went back to Liam's treehouse. He shook the flower and ten seeds fell out. The faun took four of the seeds and baked them into a pie. Then he ate the pie, and he was cured.
William gave the left-over seeds to the beavers and his other friends, and then he went back to his home.
The end.
